While developing the recipe for our “Flying Noodle” soup we embarked on an adventure to create THE BEST healthy and delicious homemade Chicken Noodle soup possible (with REAL chunks of chicken!). We wanted the perfect blend of noodles, chicken, veggies and herbs to satisfy both kids and adults alike. The all-white meat, bone-in, split chicken breast simmers together with the veggies to create it’s own healthy soup base and the chicken is later shredded into the soup. The addition of basil and oregano add a grown-up kick, while thick & curly egg noodles complete the soup favourite.
