Rebecca co-founded The Raw Carrot and is very passionate about supportive work for people who just need a little hand UP in life. As Executive Director she focuses on strategic planning and development, grant writing, and overseeing each Raw Carrot site and staff.

Marilyn Page – Director of Operations
Marilyn oversees operations at our current kitchen locations and supports launching new sites to advance The Raw Carrot’s mission.
Christina Zhang – Curriculum Developer
Christina leads organizational and financial strategy, as well as curriculum development, at The Raw Carrot. She collaborates with Rebecca on revenue generation, business development, and sales.
Crissy Wright – Marketing & Communications Manager
Crissy supports growth through strategic marketing and storytelling to build awareness, engage supporters, and amplify The Raw Carrot’s mission.
Andy Koopmans – Financial Administrator
Andy coordinates and supports the financial operations at HQ, ensuring the financial health and growth of The Raw Carrot.
Kristin Sim – HQ Site Liaison/Site Manager, Paris
Kristin manages The Raw Carrot site in Paris and serves as the Operational Site Liaison at HQ.
Melia Cooper, Co-Op Intern
Melia is a third-year student at Redeemer University studying English Writing and Visual Art. Melia joins the HQ team for the summer to assist with a variety of projects.
